Disclosure of fees
– Branders will shoulder the restocking and shipping fees related to your return request.

Responsibility for return shipping
– The customer must coordinate with our customer service staff first before returning the items. Refunds may require merchandise return.

Returns window
– The customer may return any item purchased with Branders within one year from the date the items are received.

Required condition of returned items
– The items should be in good condition and never used.

How the customer receives their refund
– The customers eligible for refund will have the option of store credit, or refund via credit card payment, wire transfer, and check payment. Refund will be processed and issued within three working days upon receipt and inspection of the returned materials.
