For Kimla Holk, putting a premium on her job is as important as strengthening and building customer relationships. It was her passion for photography that led Kimla to Branders.com.
Kimla Holk is the owner and photographer of Kimla Life Imagery, a small studio that caters to boudoir, portraits, and high schools seniors. She first encountered Branders in January 2010 while searching for a company that would help promote her studio.
Variety Is An Edge
Kimla narrates that one of the things that sets Branders from other promotional item distributors is the variety of products it offers to its customers. “I wanted a giveaway item that I can give to customers as a show of gratitude as well as for them to easily remember me. Branders provided the perfect solution—the right size, style, and price.” Kim shared. She often ordered mugs with her company logo imprinted and gave them as a token to her customers. These mugs can be taken to a local coffee shop where they can avail of free drinks courtesy of Kimla.
Aside from custom mugs, she also ordered drawstring bags as gifts to high school seniors who book a photography session with her. “I had the verbage and logo of my custom design imprinted on the bag and they were delivered before I expected them.” Kimla narrates. These bags have helped her get more customers.

Kimla also believes that the customer service that Branders provides her is one of the reasons why she remained a loyal customer. She had nothing but praises for Paula Hong, her Branders representative. “Paula has been extremely helpful to me and I often give her referrals.”
