Her Branders Story:
When branding expert Charlene Falcis was tasked to promote Cinco Corporation's Potato Corner snack kiosk, she already had Branders.com in mind. Her first shopping experience with Branders had been in 2009, when she was looking for personalized souvenirs for a friend's wedding. Branders had been "highly recommended as the lowest-priced online supplier of promotional giveaways," so Charlene gave the company a try.
"I ordered custom-imprinted neon rubber sunglasses," she recalls, "and the response from the guests was overwhelming! They were surprised at how wonderfully customized the souvenirs were, and wore them in all the photos. In addition, the quality was great for the price I paid. So, when I became our company's brand manager, I knew Branders would have the perfect promotional item for the campaign we wanted."
Charlene chose Branders' removable tattoos, designed to leave an imprint of Potato Corner's logo on the skin. "We gave out the tattoos as back-to-school treats to customers. They were such a hit with the kids! And the instructions on how to use them were very helpful to the adults," Charlene explains.
Charlene says it's important to connect to customers emotionally, as it's "the easiest way to be remembered and the best thing we can hope for in terms of building loyalty." She's confident that with Branders' high-quality, low-priced promotional items, she can help create this customer connection, drive sales, and fulfill her mission of advancing her company's growth.
Since opening its first outlet in the Philippines in 1992, Potato Corner has expanded to more than 200 branches at home and overseas, including six in Los Angeles, California.
