Lindsey Whiting is the office coordinator at Chicago Area Rehabilitation Experts Inc., or C.A.R.E. Physical Therapy, a small clinic that provides skilled manual therapy to a wide range of patients. Since its founding in 2000, C.A.R.E. has emphasized high-quality, one-on-one care.
Initially, one of Lindsey's biggest challenges was managing C.A.R.E.'s marketing needs. "Marketing is just one aspect of my job, so Ican't spend too much time looking for promotional products," Lindsey said. But in 2006, she discovered Branders.com, which changed everything. "I can contact our Branders representative and say, 'We're looking for some kind of mug.' She e-mails me back right away with a few suggestions."
Lindsey admitted that she initially had doubts about ordering from Branders. "I had a previous experience with another vendor. I ordered water bottles and when they arrived, our logo was too small—laughably so. So I was a little nervous when I ordered grocery bags from Branders. But our representative worked with us to alter our logo and make the most of the printable space. The bags showed up looking great!"
The bags Lindsey ordered—used as giveaways to patients and therapy demonstration attendees, and as marketing baskets delivered to physicians—were just the first orders that C.A.R.E. placed with Branders. "We were very pleased with the mugs that we ordered some months later. Our logo, printed in white, looks great on the green ceramic, and the mugs are large enough to fill with goodies. Everyone in the office now has one!"

When looking for a simple yet unique item to showcase their logo to physicians, Lindsey found the perfect product in Branders' white napkins, embossed with C.A.R.E.'s logo. "When our therapists shadow physicians, they usually bring lunch for the doctor and staff. As medical offices often get free lunches, it's helpful to have a logo around to remind them who's providing the treats."
Lindsey has now relied on Branders for more than 5 years. "I recently ordered acrylic tumblers," she said. "We plan to fill them with energy bars and snacks and deliver them to our network of physicians," she said. "I can't see myself ordering anywhere else!"
