Her Branders Story:
As marketing manager of the journals group of the Cambridge University Press, Susan handles the promotions of 270 academic publications, including the Canadian Journal of Political Science, Journal of Plasma Physics, and Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis.
In the last six years, Susan has had only one go-to place for promotional items like nonwoven bags, jotter pads, mints, decals, mugs, and sticky pads—Branders.com.
"I found Branders while doing a Web search for promotional items, and I was pleased with the selection and the prices," Susan recalled.
Working from her New York office, Susan plans conferences, exhibits, and journal promotions all over the US and Canada, and she depends on her Branders account managers to make sure the giveaways arrive at their destinations on time and in good shape—whether these items are shipping to Ontario or Montreal; or New Haven, Honolulu, or Arizona.

In a recent exhibit promoting the Journal of Asian Studies in Hawaii, Susan handed out custom-printed chopsticks, which were a big hit with the Asian attendees. "They were pleased that the chopsticks were made from bamboo and they took these back home with them," she said.
More than the good customer service and the brand-building giveaways, what has made Susan a customer for life is the value for money that Branders gives her. "The price and selection of items can't be beat!" she shared.
