Comment: I did call to ask about the quality of the umbrella ordered and got very positive answer but I am not thrilled with the quality. It is meant to be an award/gift and I would have liked a nicer quality and would have paid more but was told this was best seller. I think a sample would have persuaded me to upgrade.
