Comment: Target sponsored several Back to College bussing events at over 15 top 10 colleges during August and September. Some schools included University of Minnesota, Arizona State University, University of Michigan, Purdue and more. Target gathered incoming freshman, loaded them into many school busses and brought them to the local Target store so they could shop for all their back-to-college needs afterhours. Because sustainability is such a big focus right now, Target handed out over 25,000 of Branders’ red aluminum bottles to help eliminate plastic bottle usage around campuses. They were a huge hit!
We keep our account manager Christian Miller busy ordering them nonstop. People LOVE them! These bottles became so popular that Target has ordered these more than 5 times in 3 months for their different events. Total quantity ordered is more than 60,000!
