Printing was very good, shipping times worked well, had a problem with broken product (I think more UPS than anything else) but Anthony my sales rep took care of the problem quickly.- Eric D., Sparks , NV

The mugs are fine. It was difficult ordering them. The website was not very user friendly. 5 mugs arrived broken and 1 was missing. When I called to let someone know about this I was offered a refund which was fine, but I really needed the mugs replaced. They are now being replaced. It has overall been a mediocre experience.
