This was our first project with branders, we ordered 72 mugs, we recieved 69. We ordered half Red and half blue. The Red mugs were not the same size as the blue mugs. The blue mugs had chunks of ceramic plaster on the bottom and could even sit flat on a table. I did not have high expectations but they project turned out worse than we could have imagined.
