Love this mug it stands out from the rest. Nice imprint and color selection. Good to see you now have the matte black with color spoons!

I loved the spooner mug, unfortunately one of the board members didn't and therefore it won't even go to the rest of the group.

The mugs look great. I especially liked the black with lime. I did not like the "I tried to call you on Monday" blame game for when a change in the product needed to be made. I also did not like the "last minute changes" that "needed to be made" AFTER the check was cut. I also did not like that the pens that we ordered DID NOT make the event we were buying for. I found that out one week before the event. I did not appreciate the "I'll call you back in 5 minutes" and then I had to call him back before I left work to see what was needed...because his message seemed very important.

The product is fine, however we have 10 boxes (360 pieces) with crooked logos. I am waiting to hear how Branders is going to remedy this situation.

The art work on the product was excellent. But the inscription was placed on the wrong side of the product. It was too late to return the product or to even get the product corrected. The product was supposed to be for a right handed person instead it was designed for a left handed person. Then I recieved a call today (6-13-11) stating that one of my guest received my gift with another company's logo on it. I asked the guest to return the product to me and I would give the person the correct product. I enjoyed dealing with your sale representative. She was patient and professional with me. She indicated that she would try to get my product to me in a timely manner and did.

The spooner mugs I ordered were not the colors as I had originially ordered through a representative named Anthony when Carlos was not available. Then Carlos sent a proof (standard black mug with white logo) for me to look at our actual logo on the mug which looked fine and he ordered the mug color that was on the proof.
