The mugs look great. I especially liked the black with lime. I did not like the "I tried to call you on Monday" blame game for when a change in the product needed to be made. I also did not like the "last minute changes" that "needed to be made" AFTER the check was cut. I also did not like that the pens that we ordered DID NOT make the event we were buying for. I found that out one week before the event.
