I was sent the art work which I did approve, under the impression that the "wording/quote" would be centered on the back which it was not. It wrapped around the mug. I never complained because maybe it was my misinterpertation.- Audrey P., Brooklyn, NY

With a simple imprint the mug looks great. The matt finish exterior looks great when clean and gets rave reviews from clients, it attracts oils from the hand easily though. The glossy interior works well and holds out well against tea and coffee stains. After 2 months of use about 1/3 of our mugs have chips in them and one was tossed because of a massive crack.- Kris

I liked the look of the mug, really wish I could buy a US made mug versus made in China. I ordered a 2" logo and received a 1" imprinted logo, now waiting on replacement mugs that will be 11 ounce verse 12 ounce and more traditional shape. Barbie is very friendly.
