The mug is very nice quality and is a nice alternative to the standard ceramic mugs. Great for companies looking for something different. One down side is the printed logo could be more scratch resistant. The sample mug had a more durable vinyl looking logo. - Scott W., Freeport, IL 4

The last time we ordered this prodcut, the coffee mugs came already in boxes and ready for us to ship to clients. This time they came only in plastic and we had to purchase cardboard boxes for shipping. This increased our cost significantly.
