We developed a design that included our "power eagle" along with the written text that all fit into a 2 1/2" square. We had to eliminate the logo in order to make it work. We would have been OK with paying a little extra in order to get the logo on the back of the cup.- Larry G., Colby, KS

The product was somewhat cheap feeling but I suppose you get what you pay for. The printing was fine. There was some powder or dust in every mug and a small note that was claimed the cup wasn't seal tight or made to hold very hot items or vacuum sealed or anything. I understand this is a legal disclaimer to protect the manufacturers from potential litigation but it really just made the product seem somewhat useless.- Lian N., Norwalk, CT

I order three different items, 07009, 90300, 60805. I am thrilled with 07009 the cork screw. The engraving is great and the cork screw is very professional. Item 90300 was not at all what I expected. There were quite a few e-mails going back and forth and the bag color was not what I wanted. I stated Blue and I got light blue and not navy. I did not see the photograph of the bag underneath the artwork. I had Kristine change the imprint color to navy blue. I realize this was my error but with all the orders Branders takes, you would think that customer service would question something like that. Item 60805 is the travel mugs. These were supposed to be laser engraved and they came in imprinted. I have had to take photographs of the mug and I still have no answer. Ordered mugs with our logo - approved the proof - but was still surprised when the mugs came with the handle ONLY usable for left-handed people. I assumed the handle would move - or the image would be printed on the side that would make it most marketable - aka for right handed people. I called/emailed several times and was only given a 10% discount. That barely covers the tax on the order. As a small business - but a growing one - we have a large need for great marketing tools and a company we can rely on to supply quality products and work with us to have a great relationship.
