Everything about the product and service was excellent!!!

Some of the text under the logo was missing (like a letter here and there), but overall, we were satisfied with the printing. We like the tape measure (and will probably order more in the future), but one thing we didn't like was the metric on one side. Do you have one that is only in inches on both sides?

I initially ordered 250 tape measures, In the end, only got 140 because of stock issues, there were 170 people. It didn't make me look good.

I specifically asked for a small tape measure/not standard size and was assured this was smaller than standard. It was not the "fit in your palm" small size I was after and it was too late to send them back and get what I had hoped for.

I think that they quality is very nice for the product and I liked it very much. But small businesses cannot afford to spend that much money on promotions or christmas presents for it's customers because of the minimum amount, it almost seems impossible to use as a small business.
