I liked both the quality and the style of the product. The price was very reasonable. My only concern was about the imprinted logo. From the web site it appeared almost embossed and when I saw the original mug I was a little disappointed. It looked like a fainted printing to me. When I talked with Red she explained to me that this was the actual laser printing effect which is supposed to last longer than a regular printing. I also wished the logo could have been a little bit larger but I understood that those were the maximum dimensions allowed.
