We liked that the bags looked like we were told they would look. The only reason we're "satisfied" instead of "very satisfied" with the product is because there was 1 bag that was not sewn completely on the side, therefore causing our items to fall out as we were handing it to a customer; and on a few of the bags the logo was smudged and we couldnt use those bags.
