Shipment was supposed to arrive on Friday. The tracking indicator said it would arrive on Monday. On Monday when it didn't arrive in the regular UPS delivery I began investigation. Branders had addressed the packages incorrectly and they were put on a different truck which had a completely different route. Thankfully UPS knew where the package was and it was delivered to us at 4:30 Monday afternoon - we had an event that we needed them for on Tuesday.
