The actual quality of the product itself was good. The cost was for the product was good as well. The logo imprinted on the product was imprinted well, but it was not my original approved proof. I find it concerning that the graphic department or whoever did the original proof did not know enough about the product and how the logo would look on the product to be able to provide me with a quality proof the first time around.- Kristi B., Wichita, KS
