Like the quality of the sticky. The printer didn't use our pdf. The graphic icon swish was faint on the pdf but quite dark on the stickys that were shipped to us. How do we make sure that this doesn't happen again? thanks.

The font was so light that it cannot be read under most lighting conditions. This should have been noticed prior to them being sent to me.

I liked the set up of our logo. I do not think the salesperson and artist understand what a watermark is. The scales on our logo should have been much lighter in color so that when you write on the post it note the scales does not interfere with what you write. It is almost as dark as the pen ink and it clashes.

The logo on the ink pens that I ordered is absurdly small. I am partially to fault since I was provided the measurements of the logo and did not check them. The rest of my order was great (sticky notes and mousepads).

The product I received is completely wrong, this is not what I ordered. I asked for the round post-its and I received square sticky pads. The quality of the product is not what I had expected. The pads that I received are square Spider Tac products, I was expecting Post-It brand like the description on the website stated. The ‘N’ in the logo does not match our ‘N’ in the logo I had sent to you. The image is also not centered and the coloring is completely off. I know we wanted it watermarked but the color on the post-its looks yellow brownish compared to a light green. We will not be able to use this product, can you please let me know where I can return this product to receive a refund.

Our logo had dates in it. The dates on the "proof" we received and approved were legible. But once the product was received we discovered that the dates are not legible at all. Since this product was for "Save the Date" purposes, we are very disapponted.
