But what was disconcerting was that after calling for the quote which was confirmed by email, then calling back a few days later to place the order, the price of the napkins had DOUBLED! The cost was par for course for the product. I remember that John Paul had provided me with OUTSTANDING customer service and returned to the site to work with him.
