I was surprised that the vendor printed the wrong item, even though I made it clear to Arthur that we chose the pig this year and not the frog from last year. Arthur had said the wrong order "would be picked up" but I ended up having to do it. I had to take time out of my schedule to find and go to a UPS location. It was inconvenient for me to have to personally carry the heavy box in to ship it back. Frankly, I think most companies would have let us keep the wrong order.- Genny H., Castro Valley, CA |
