The bags are nice, and with the first shipment, the insert for the bottom of the bag was neatly placed inside parallel to the bottom so that the customer had more of a chance to figure out that it just needed folded down to reinforce the bottom of the bag. The graphic artist let us know that some of our lettering would fill in before actually printing. Care was taken to ensure a good print. We appreciate that immensely! The other issue was the time of delivery. Since we ordered well before the date the item was actually needed, Martin kept in communication with us and we were able to push our project back in order to let other more critically timed orders be fulfilled before us. I like that we got a decent quality, reuseable tote bag for less than $1. It's perfect to promote our "Going Green for God" activities at Liverpool First Presbyterian Church.
