There were delays that were not communicated to me until after I had contacted Branders to inquire about my order status. Not the best on communication. So far, the pens seem to be good--and working well. I like the way it feels, etc. Getting the project done seemed to take a bit of effort--the process was not smooth, it took a lot of time, and there wasn't any follow-up. After 30 days, I had to call and find out what was going on. The pens (product seems good), but the process needs a little work! I liked the price a lot, so that's good. But that doesn't always necessarily mean total customer satisfaction. Nikki was absolutely excellent. I had such a small window to turn this around and only did because of her hard work and I am so appreciative. She is an excellent CS Rep. I do not think the post-its were as bright/colorful as I have gotten elsewhere. The product was wonderful, but in my first batch of pens, they kept popping apart when we went to use them. You never seemed to know which one would do it. I received a second order and so far they seem okay. Thania was wonderful and taking care of the initial glitch and getting a new order to me quickly. Most: The products looked almost exactly like the example picture in the emails. The consistency is appreciated. Each product had the logo imprinted correctly and was adjusted individually when asked. Least: The pens we bought came in a box of many and for some reason (shipping/handling/pen type), a few of them were smashed. We purchased these to use as trade show giveaways when they were on special. Got the translucent blue color and imprinted our logo and URL in white. The pen has a nice grip and is very attractive (especially at the sale price!). Do wish that it had a more substantial weight. But overall, this is a decent quality item for the price. The service from Branders was very good and I especially like the fact that they will send samples so that you can see colors, etc before you purchase. On our previous order of the same pens, we experienced a defective pen 1 out of every 4. With this most recent order, I mentioned to Anthony the experience with the defects and he reassured me that he was noted of this style pen and that "Branders" made manufacture changes that would hopefully solve this problem with this order. Anthony was very helpful and told me that if we experience this same problem, we should contact him and Branders would make it right.
