I loved dealing with Pauline. She was very efficient and quick at responding to my emails. I felt valued and priviledged to have her as my account manager, and I appreciate the time she put into taking care of my needs. I liked the quality of the T shirts and the fact that I was able to get a sample in the mail to see the quality. What I did not like at all was the imprinted logo on the Tshirts! I expected it to be exactly like the email that I sent Pauline. I wanted the colors to look washed ( the watercolor feel). I was very disappointed but it was totally my fault since Pauline emailed me a sample of exactly how it would look and I approved it. It didn't occur to me that the actual colors are being changed and that my signature which was on the bottom was being removed from the whole image. - Suzie A., Bradenton, FL
