I love the pens and they have been a big hit with the teachers! I think they were a great price, look fantastic, and I appreciated being able to get them in a short amount of time. The only problem I've had is finding ones that are not put together - some are almost together, while others are completely in pieces. The best thing about my order was the fast delivery of the product. We gave Branders less than one week to get the order done and shipped. It arrived on the day it was promised. Unfortunately the quality of the imprinted logo was terrible. I would have returned the order if I had the time, but because we had a convention only two days away we kept the product. What I am most upset about is Joanne failed to reply to my complaint that I was dissatisfied with the product. She was so quick to confirm my order and take my money, but when presented with a problem and a unhappy customer she did nothing.
