The graphic artist let us know that some of our lettering would fill in before actually printing. Care was taken to ensure a good print. We appreciate that immensely! The other issue was the time of delivery. Since we ordered well before the date the item was actually needed, Martin kept in communication with us and we were able to push our project back in order to let other more critically timed orders be fulfilled before us. I like that we got a decent quality, reuseable tote bag for less than $1. It's perfect to promote our "Going Green for God" activities at Liverpool First Presbyterian Church. I can envision so many uses of these bags. One is to put information about our church, along with a water bottle (another item purchased from Branders), in the bag to give to visitors of our church. This was my second order of the same item. This shipment that came in was much lower in quality. My supervisor was very upset and was not satisfied at all. Not only that, we are getting complaints that the bags smell of a burnt/char smell. The bags themselves were thin, light, and not sturdy. Our first order was much more ideal.
