I liked the fact that Jeremy answered every call from me and worked with me to make the product, almost, exactly how I wanted. On the other hand, the company accidentally charged me twice for the product, so, instead of deducting $419.17 from my checking account, they deducted $838.34. That made me very nervous for using an online company. Jeremy got the amount credited within a day. Then, a week after I received the product, another charge of $133.63 was deducted from my checking account. Jeremy explained that this was a mistake and it would be credited, but, in the meantime, I was told the entire company came down with food poisoning and the credit still has not happened.
