Jeff, there is no 'least' in connection with this product, service, delivery - It was all first class all the way. The cost was unmatched anywhere else. Even though it was a small order (200 flashlights), the customer service Alex gave was exceptional. I felt like the value of the flashlights we ordered was good, however 1/3 of the order was the wrong color. I notified my sales rep of the problem who called me promptly. The product overall looks nice, but functionality is borderline - the on/off operation is only fair. No switch on it makes in inexpensive, but not as useful.
