Jeff, there is no 'least' in connection with this product, service, delivery - It was all first class all the way. All of my volunteers are just as excited as I and especially delighted that they are here before Christmas. One of my volunteers came back from Crater Lake with a shirt - i got online, pulled it up and wonder of wonders, the logo was done by Branders - So I will be availing us of your services yet again in the near future. I like the lightweight and size. My imprint is easy to read. The quality is ok, but a few folks had trouble putting the pieces together after inserting the batteries.

The cost was unmatched anywhere else. Even though it was a small order (200 flashlights), the customer service Alex gave was exceptional. I was very pleased that I could have the imprinting done for no extra cost. The quality of the item was not the best....but for 99 cents apiece, it was certainly adequate, and not less than I would have expected. Alex's prompt reply to my initial email, and follow up phone call made ordering as stress-free as possible. I am impressed by your customer service.

The imprinted logo was very nice and I like how they changed the logo to fit the product. The flashlight seemed to be cheaply made. If I did it all over again I would have chosen one of the other flashlights you sell.

I felt like the value of the flashlights we ordered was good, however 1/3 of the order was the wrong color. I notified my sales rep of the problem who called me promptly. However I am still waiting to hear when I will receive the correct products and instructions on how to return the incorrect products.

The product overall looks nice, but functionality is borderline - the on/off operation is only fair. No switch on it makes in inexpensive, but not as useful. I was sort of hoping this was an inexpensive LED light, but I cannot say that I asked about. I concede that I could have inquired prior to ordering.
