I like that the product was very sharp looking. I did not like that each luggage tag had a smudge area around the tag. It is able to be wiped off, however, it would be very time consuming to wipe off each individual tag. Fantastic product. So far all recipients have been very pleased. The only draw-back is that the edges are quite sharp and may damage a briefcase, luggage or golf bag. If there was any way to "soften" the sharp edges they would be perfect.- DAN B., GEM BUILDINGS
