I loved the hats, The only issue I had was that one of the hat styles did not match the proof, (I saw proofs of all my hats I ordered Black, Navy Blue, Royal Blue and Pink Hats), the embroidery was White On the proof the embroidery showed up nice and clear and stood out against all the hat colors, however, On the pink hats I can barely see it! If I was to do this again I would go with a darker thread on the pink hat (I was only allowed to choose one color for my entire order otherwise I would have picked a different color for the pink) Also, If I would have known that the embroidery wasn't going to show up I would have ordered a different color hat!. I liked the custmer service, the price, the quality was good. I did like as much how the color turned out to be. I sent you a file with the exact color # that apparently was not taken into consideration. One color turned out too blue, the other one too white, one that was supposed to be a light grey turned out black, the only one that was correct is the black one. Other than that, it was alright.
