You did not use the logo that I sent, you made it a 2 line imprint also, when I asked for a final price she gave me one, then when it was ready to ship she kept adding other charges to the purchase. In the very beginning I told her what I wanted and how many different shipments it would be so, there were no surprises on her part. The two areas of concern that we had with the product was that we felt like the strings were too short. In order to wear the backpack it had to ride high on your back and lot of people like to wear it lower so it's not choking them. We used the Sports Pack to give out to students to came in to buy their school books from us and put their books in the bags. On numerous occasions the drawstring was ripped or frayed and would sometimes even come untied or just pop out of the loop hole. We found a couple of bags that were even ripped along the sides!! The mockup information said the delivered product may not be exactly as the mockup appeared. It wasn't. The logo on the delivered product was smaller than on the mockup and positioned lower (on the lower half, not in the middle) than on the mockup.
