The artwork is consistently what we order. The only thing I don't like, is having to pay triple digits. However, your pricing is competitive, and your artwork is exactly what we want, so you DO get what you pay for. It is always a pleasure to deal with Anthony. Should any problems arise, he always takes care of them to my satisfaction. This time around, there was some miscommunication between the rest of my staff & myself in terms of having the approval to go ahead with our order. Clicky pens are my favorite! I love to try and click my pen as fast as possible. Most pens can't handle my clicking skillz but these pens can! I wish I could get them in orange and green though.

This item is really quite perfect for trade shows, giving to clients at meetings, etc. It was inexpensive, but doesn't appear cheap or poorly made. It has a nice appearance and writes well.

The pens came out really sharp, with our blue and red logo, and the blue ends of pens - very nice and I had a lot of compliments!

We did not want a generic brand pen, but budget was a concern. We ordered this item because of the Bic brand name. We are very happy with our order. First of all, delivery was within the promised time frame. Secondly, the quality of the pen is what I expected with the Bic brand name. The color of the barrel is perfect and the logo imprint looks professional.

OK for an inexpensive giveaway, but I ordered them to go inside a nice leather portfolio; the quality of the pen did not match the quality of the portfolio.

I received the order for the anodized aluminum bottle openers (invoice #6004641m). There is a problem with the order. The main reason I chose this particular product was the nature of the decoration method. Item #90348, on the website, the decoration method states: "LaserEngrave (Logo is the same color as the product)" When the product arrived I was disappointed to see that rather than the laser engraving, the logo was done with printed white ink. I've contacted Barbie to follow up with this.
