I contacted the company early on the morning of Tuesday December 11. An hour later I received a phone call and I explained what I wanted done and how soon. I told them I wanted 100 balls and needed them by Friday night of December 20. They made no promises but said they wanted to talk to production and get back to me. Shortly I received a phone call saying that if I got them what I wanted within the next few hours they could get my order taken care of. Dharyl Pascual took my original order then turned it over to her sister Ericka. They were both extremely helpful with the whole thing. They sent me what the design would look like and I made some changes and was immediately sent the updates. They were extremely on top of things. My order was shipped on Wednesday December 19 and was at my door the next day at 3:30pm on December 20 . . . just in time for me to give out my Christmas presents the very next day! I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and how they made sure I was happy with my product. They were easy accessible which made me feel very comfortable with the company.
