The product was misprinted. It said Tayor, Ramsey-Haun, CPAs when it should have said Taylor, Ramsey-Haun, CPAs. The order was initially supposed to have arrived on or before June 28th. Claudio called on Wednesday, June 22nd and said everything was ready to ship out on Thursday, June 23rd. On Friday, June 24th he stated that it did ship out and I would receive the product on Monday, June 27th and that he would send over the tracking number. I never received the tracking number. I never received the package on Monday, June 27th as promised. When the deliver didn't come on Tuesday, June 28th, I called to see what the problem was. I spoke with Gerri at this point and she informed me that the supplier was waiting on ink to print the product, playing cards, and that they could have it to me by the end of July. I said that I had a vendor fair that I was going to on June 30th and didn't need them in July. I went to cancel the order since they would be of no use to me at that point. She then said she could give them to me for 50% off. I agreed to the 50% off. I received the playing cards on Friday, July 15th, MISPRINTED. I immediately called Gerri and she informed me that she would get the problem fixed. She then called me back on Tuesday, July 19th and said that she couldn't get them from the original supplier so she was going to refund my money for this order then she would start a new order for me with a new supplier. She then told me that it would be full price "since it was a new order." To me it is not a new order since i never received the first order correctly. She said that with the new supplier they wouldn't authorize 50% off. I told her to refund my money and that I would find a company that can fulfill the order accurately and that I would pay them full price.- Michelle R., Knoxville, TN |
