While the price substantially remained the same from our last order (last year), I noticed that the quality of the backpacks was not as good as the previous order. There was only one zipper on the pouch of the most recent order (compared with 2 on the original) and the material was noticeably thinner. The image of this backpack shows two zippers on both the small and main pockets. When I received my free sample, I liked the style and size of it but wanted to verify the actual product comes with two zippers. I called my customer service rep, who told me she spoke to the warehouse and everyone was certain these bags come with double closures on both pockets. She sent a second sample, which arrived with a single zipper pulling from the opposite direction as the first one. Upon speaking with my rep again, we felt fairly confident I was receiving defective samples and proceeded with the order with the hope the product used when printing would have two zippers on each pocket.
