The logo looked fine in the proof but was stretched vertically on the actual printing. Nobody else in my office said anything about it, and I doubt that people will notice it - but because I deal with the logo every day, I can tell that it is slightly stretched. Not badly enough to return the product, but I did want to point that out.

Our logo is very important to us as this is our brand. There are some fine lines in the logo and putting it on a pen was a major concern for us. We did not want our logo to look plugged or lose those fine lines. The logo looks great!! Thank you.. Cari Brackett

The pens look and feel great. However, I was a little unhappy with the functioning of the pen...when you click the pen, it tends to stick. I have noticed that this is not just on one pen...it is how the pens operate. Otherwise, everything is good.

Product originally requested and sampled became unavailable. Had to order another tote, didn't love it as much as the original one. Did not feel it was the same quality. Overall, spent more money than last year and had hoped that sales would find a reasonable alternative.

It writes. A little to cheaply looking, but its a challenge when you cannot put your hands on the item. In the future I would like to get samples of higher quality pens so I can better choose the quality.

The imprint area of the logo should have been larger. I have almost the exact same pen from another vendor and the logo is 1/2 again as large, making it a little easier to see. Color wasn't exactly what I was expecting - a little lighter blue. Overall I like the actual pen quality.

The pens are a great advertising tool. The only problem I have is the website address was not bold and can hardly be seen. I was told it would be bold lettering and would easily be seen. Major disappointment.
