I ordered shirts for two different classes.The first order of shirts came back 2-3 weeks late. When i received them, one set had the wrong color of thread in the logo. I was told that I may have to return them to get the thread removed and replaced with the correct color. I personally could not see that working nor having the product representing your company nor my students wearing them. I asked to allow the students to keep the shirts with the wrong color thread since the Junior class would be receiving theirs( I did not want to give some students a shirt and others did not). After some conversation, that was granted. The shirts that was re-done was completed in record time and they look nice. John stayed in contact wth me during this time.
