most: inexpensive, shiny, makes our logo look good least: has a slight 'cheap' feel to it - but still very very nice for the price The picture on the website does not accurately show the product. The pen is translucent. An older model, before Branders switched suppliers for the pen, was opaque. The picture on the website shows this model. Now, after Branders switched suppliers, the pen is translucent, but the website picture still shows the old model and does not accurately represent the true product. It would be good to know exactly what we were going to purchase. My team still likes the pen, so I didn't make a fuss. But the website should have an accurate picture. I brought this up with my account rep and he said he sent it to the tecs to fix.- David D., Toledo, OH
