While the quality of the imprinted logo was good, there was so much 'white space' left on the product. The print could have been much larger, easier to read. The logo is tiny, the head of the pen is larger enough to handle a larger imprint/font.- Rick V., Pleasant Valley Church

The pen was not flimsy. It felt substantial and clicked open and closed easily. The logo quality was actually very good except for the fact that the blue was not the color I wanted. Madonna seemed knowledgable on the phone and returned my calls relatively quickly. The pen writes well, and the logo printed well, but the pen blank did not match the proof. We selected a light blue logo to match the light blue trim on the pen, but the pens arrived with dark blue trim, which clashes with the imprint. I know your disclaimer states the colors are for "reference only," but does this make the proof useless? I know the issue wasn't with my monitor, as it would have given the wrong hue on both colors.
