The headphones themselves were a bit cheap. The retractable feature (the main reason we picked this product) doesn't work very well and the ear buds are larger than most standard ones and hurt many people's ears. Additionally, the quality of the logo was horrible. The color was different than what I had proofed and part of it was not aligned.
