Initially, I uploaded a logo and wanted two colors for the inscription, but Geraldine kept up with me both by email and telephone and made me understand that they could not print the logo due to space and that they could only une one color. I was happy eventually that she took her time to explain things to me until we got on the same page instead of springing surprises on me. So I trully appreciate her expertise and customer service but would have like it best if she had been able to use both of the colors I chose as was initially advertised.
