Most: The features & quality of the coat for the price. Also, the customer service online and ease of ordering product and custom design. Least: Packaging: Some sizes mixed with other sizes so hard to count all. Would have liked all Larges together, all XLs together, etc. Also, not boxed very well and one box damaged in shipment.

I found that every size seems to be a full size off; and XL is actually a XXL, a L is actually an XL, and so on. Being that about 41% of my order is XL and only 6% is XXL I have a large disparity with regards to our needs. This came to my knowledge just before recieving this survey request so this might not be the best place to request some corrective action but I will start here.
