I never received the last product we ordered from you. I was working on a time sensitive project that required a large quantity of pens. We have ordered several things from you, and never had a problem, until this order. Our pens were supposed to ship out on a Thursday and we paid the 2 day delivery fee to make sure we would have them on time Monday. When I didn't receive a tracking number I got concerned and called. Our pens had been put on back-order and no one bothered to inform us. With our trade show 3 days away we were unable to get anything for our company. Not to mention it took about 14 business days to get the first proof. That is ridiculous when I sent you a jpeg logo and all you had to do was upload it.
