I ordered this product, and when it arrived on 6/11/12 I had received someone else's order (apparently branders.com isn't prepared to handle 2 orders from Texas at the same time). I then received call tags to have the products picked up. I was told our product was delivereed on 6/14/12 by Catherine. When I checked it had not been delivered, and I was concerned it had been delivered to the wrong address again. Catherine told me it would be delivered on 6/18/12 and given a tracking #. When I checked this tracking number on 6/18/12 it said the packages had been delivered to branders.com. Fast forward to 6/21/12 our products finally arive, but we only received 228 instead of the 250 that I paid for. I am unbelievable frustrated by this whole situation and I will never order anything from branders.com ever again. Please assist me in either receiveing my entire product or refunding my money.
