Pens come appart too easy at threads.

A huge amount of these pens don't even work. I'm talking at least 50% if not closer to 75 or 80%. It is absurd. I've been going back and forth with my account manager about figuring out how many of them don't work. It's ridiculous. I should not have to test 1000 pens to see how many work. I want to make it clear that my account manager has been extremely helpful and that I don't think this issue is reflective of him. Surely he did not manufacture the pen or develop this absurd return protocol.
