The product arrived as expected and the designers went above and beyond to match our font to the language at the bottom of the product. It was clean, professional, and a big hit. Lieda was very helpful and responsive and walked me through the entire process. I will definitely be in touch with her for our next promotional order. My only concern is that she has not yet received a response from the UPS Billing department regarding the discrepancy of charges between the quoted shipping amount and what was charged (nearly double). I am sure this is a billing error however I am concerned that it has been almost two weeks and I do not have an answer for my supervisor, the Vice President of HR. Not sure I would buy them again. They do not stick very well and they curl up which makes it difficult for them to stick on charts, desks, etc. They don't seem functional at all and don't think I would buy them again. - Doug A., Mesa, AZ 3
