Pros, the pens work great...which is huge when you provide them as promos. You don't want pens that wont write. Another pro was the exceptional customer service that Rev provided throughout the whole process, she was very attentive to questions and knowledgeable of the business processes within Brander. She definitely made the experience of ordering promo items for the first time a comfortable one and I greatly appreciate her as my sales rep. The only cons would be the over-spray on the oval white area of the pen, it is not a big deal that it cause too much concern. It could seem a little sloppy and cause some concerns about the quality of the pen itself. I have been testing the pens since they have arrived and the functionality is good. - Mike F., Dallas, TX 4
