I like the product/shape of bag. It holds up to canned goods. I was originally quoted a free set up fee, but maybe because I delayed my order - it was no longer free. I was upset that when I went to order two items with the exact same imprint, I would have to pay the set up fee twice - so decided not to order anything. Bags are MUCH smaller than they appear on website. Branders needs to give detailed dimension information. I was under the impression that the 11x12 was the square area and the handle was additional. The actual height of the bag in which you can place items in below the handle is only 6.5". This does not work for me as I needed something I could fit paper/brochures in.- Anonymous, Oregon
