The pieces came as ordered and your site seems to be the only place we could find them. I was a little disappointed with the clarity of the logo and some of the confustion surrounding the artwork, but I think that is more a problem with our logo and the size than a problem on your end. - Elizabeth K. The graphic set up process was very difficult. Because we were unable to speak directly to your graphics department we had to go through several rounds of revisions. The thing that sticks out in my mind as the most frustrating, was being told on the phone that "the image's resolution doesn't matter, because the tolerance is 4," without any context of what 4 meant--4 pixels, 4 millimeters, 4 what's? I don't know where the miscommunication was, but I didn't know what you all needed in order to make a result that we would find acceptable and had to go through the process by trial and error rather than getting concrete answers to the questions I had.
